Chief Financial Officer
Kathy O'Donnell is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). Ms. O'Donnell is responsible for the corporation's accounting, financial reporting, insurance, tax reporting, budgeting and capital oversight, as well as the company's banking relationships. Ms. O'Donnell also participates in corporate financial strategy, pricing and project reviews.
Prior to joining ESG in 1998, Ms. O'Donnell was the Senior Business Manager for PRC Inc.'s ERP business unit. Before joining PRC, she worked in a variety of senior financial positions in the areas of financial analysis, project finance, corporate strategy and financial management.
Ms. O'Donnell holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's College.
