Level 1: Upgrade Assesssment & Planning
This level is broken up into three areas: Pre-Upgrade Readiness Review, Upgrade Assessment, and Upgrade Planning. By completing these three components, you will have built the foundation for what your upgrade project will entail. You will come away with:

These services are designed to assist you with completely the most complex portions of your upgrade project. We help you ensure that your project starts on the right note and stays on the right track. ESG does this by providing you with project management, functional and technical services that give you an understanding of what functionality will be included in the upgrade and how it will be implemented; assisstance with re-engineering customizations, interfaces, workflow and reports; change assistant configuration; and an initial upgrade iteration.
