Bill Webb Named Director of ESG’s Public Sector Vertical |

ESG today announced that it has named William (Bill) Webb director of the company's Public Sector vertical practice. Mr. Webb will provide business development, strategic direction, as well as oversee delivery and lead initiatives for ESG’s Oracle and PeopleSoft practices into the public sector, including federal agencies, state and local governments, higher education institutions and public health care organizations.
Mr. Webb has over 25 years experience providing information systems consulting services to federal agencies, state and local governments and colleges and universities. Prior to joining ESG, he had public sector business development and delivery responsibilities in numerous IT consulting organizations including BroadPoint Technologies, Oracle Corporation, Grant Thornton Global Government, American Management Systems (AMS), Computer Associates and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Webb began his information systems career within the business and finance offices of Georgia Tech. Mr. Webb is actively involved in the Oracle Applications User’s Group (OAUG), the Oracle Federal Special Interest Group, the Association of Government Accountants’ (AGA) Corporate Advisory Group and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).
Mr. Webb has an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce Honours degrees from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
