ESG Recognized with a Second Lockheed Martin Small Business Award Print

ESG AGAIN WINS AWARD FROM LOCKHEED MARTIN

For the second time in three years Lockheed Martin recognized Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) with a Small Business of the Year Award for 2001. ESG has supported Lockheed Martin in the implementation of PeopleSoft software for their Human Resources Management System (HRMS) across the corporation. More than 50 business units and more than 100 labor unions will benefit from the system's many features, including extensive web access for managers and employee self-service capabilities. When fully implemented, the system will support 150,000 employees in 939 facilities in 457 cities, 45 states, and 56 nations and territories.

At the ceremony Lockheed Martin had this to say about ESG's project performance:

"ESG brought a flexible, experience-basedimplementation strategy to guide the project team. Their expertise has led to a high degree of acceptance from among the corporate clients and has helped the project team to work effectively with client resources."

Joe Cleveland, Lockheed Martin Corporation's Chief Information Officer and President of Enterprise Information Systems, presented the award to Bill Sabo, President of ESG.

Enterprise Solutions Group has supported Lockheed Martin's Management and Data Systems Division in their PeopleSoft financial implementation and upgrade since 1998 and Lockheed Martin corporate in their PeopleSoft HRMS implementation since 1999.
